Offerings On Draught

Our beer is brewed on premises and poured, with care, into specific glassware chosen by the Brewmaster, to accentuate the aromas and flavors, and appropriate to the beer style. A proper head on all beer is crucial to release aromatics and protect the beer's flavor. Please allow for 1-3" of foam depending on beer style.

Standard Diamonds Ale

Named after Whiting's Standard Diamonds Park, a baseball field built on land donated by Standard Oil, this beer is a light, easy drinking Cream Ale. Standard Diamonds Ale is best enjoyed at anytime.

Enjoy downtime with family and friends. The time WE own, off the clock. Downtime to salute our hard work and enjoy free time to indulge in a refreshing lightly hopped American Wheat. This delectable unfiltered beer has hints of citrus and clove, with barley and wheat malts. This brew is made to refresh after a hard day's work. You deserve some Downtime. Cheers!

Grand Siesta

Bohemian Style Lager

5.9% ABV/ 45 IBU

This great tasting, full-flavored lager conditions for 6 weeks filtration and carbonation.This conditioning give this beer a smooth, clean flavor and easy drinkability. Late Saaz Hop additions give lend to a bit of spice hop finish to balance the clean flavor.

Summer Solstice Hazy IPA

Dank India Pale Ale

Consisting of a dank, earthy hop character and containing a citrus flavor within a sutble haze, this brew is a 'must try' during your visit to our brewery. Perfect for our 'beer to go' option and enjoying while strolling through Whiting (yes, you're allowed to walk around town with our beer).

Industrial Harbor IPA

India Pale Ale

7.8% ABV/ 70 IBU

The Harbor is the hub of industrial action and the birthplace of great local tradition. The Industrial harbor connect Northwest Indiana to the world much like the notionof our India Pale Ale. This traditional IPA, brewed with a blend of Noble and American select hops, has fruity characteristics, satisfying citrus flavor, and has a gorgeous copper color.

Visible Emissions DIPA

American Double IPA

9.4% ABV/ 100+ IBU

Visible Emissions pays homage to the distinct clouds that billow from time to time from the smokestacks at the steel mills and oil refineries surrounding Whiting. We at Bulldog see these clouds as an endearing image of our industrial roots. This unfiltered Double IPA will hit you with a burst of hop bitterness, followed by strong citrus flavor from the Summit, Warrior, and Bravo hops.
